- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customized or made-to-order products may take 7–10 working days to process, depending on complexity.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

- Shipping within India: Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999 may be charged a nominal fee based on location and weight
- International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout or can be pre-confirmed via email
🚛 Shipping Partners
We use trusted 3PL logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on the region.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped:

- You can track the live status of your shipment via the courier’s website
❗ Delays & Issues
Delays may occur during:
- Festivals or national holidays
- Bad weather conditions
- Remote delivery zones

🛑 Delivery Attempt & Re-attempt Policy
If the delivery is missed, the courier partner will usually attempt 2 more times. After that:
- The package may be returned to us
- Re-delivery will be initiated only after customer confirmation
- Additional charges may apply in case of re-shipment
