At ChiselXStone, our return policy is designed to be customer-friendly and flexible. We strive to support and accommodate our patrons as much as possible. Replacements are gladly accepted under the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

To succeed in securely returning the product, it is essential that the original packaging, including cushioning and foam, is retained by the customer.

To initiate a replacement, please email us at chiselxstone@gmail.com with clear pictures of the product showing the issue.

Please Note:
We require the original packaging, including any cushioning material, to ensure the product’s safe return — even if the item is damaged or defective.

➡️ Important: We do not process refunds in any case. However, we are happy to offer a replacement for the same product or an item of equal or lesser value, depending on product availability and customer preference.


❌ Cancellations

As a brand that values complete customer satisfaction, we accept cancellations under the following condition:

  • If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email chiselxstone@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped — whichever occurs first.

We’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation.


🔁 Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 10 days from the date the order is delivered (confirmed via our logistics or courier partners), and valid only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect

To request a return:

  1. Email us at chiselxstone@gmail.com, clearly stating your concern.
  2. Include two clear images:
    • One showing the area of damage/issue
    • One showing the entire product
  3. Our Quality Assurance team will review the photos and respond with your Return Request Status within 2–3 working days.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will schedule a reverse pickup of the item within 2-3 working days.
  • The item will typically reach our warehouse in 4-6 business days.
  • Once received, our team will perform a final quality check and proceed with the replacement dispatch.

✅ Important Return Guidelines

To qualify for a replacement, ensure the following:

  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Include all original items: tags, barcodes, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, invoice, and shipping labels
  • Product must be unused and undamaged (unless returned for damage/defect)
  • You’ll be required to print and attach 2 return documents, which will be shared by us, to hand over to the pickup courier
